Key responsibilities

  • Maintenance of client static data maintenance
  • Handle account opening, closing checks and account updating as per client instruction. This includes review relevant documentation is in place and accurate
  • Undertake reviews of any change maintenance request in relation to KYC
  • Suggest changes in the workflow process for continuous improvements
  • Other relevant activities such as handling reference letter requests, returned mails process and to process the online banking account

Role requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 7 years of relevant client onboarding/ data maintenance experience in a Bank with preference to Wealth management or Private banking
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and work independently
  • Good communication skills in order interact with various departments
  • Experience in Avaloq is highly desirable
