Key responsibilities

  • Manage Trade Management System users, trading limits, and client access, including onboarding via exchanges, FIX, APIs, or sponsored access.
  • Provide first-line support to the trading desks and clients for trading system and access issues.
  • Coordinate with technology vendors to resolve system issues and support enhancements and implementations.
  • Automate reports and controls, monitor trading system alerts, log support queries, and assist Risk and Compliance teams on trading-related matters.
  • Optimize team workflows by designing compliant processes, identifying improvements, managing change and escalations.

Role requirements

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma in Finance, Economics or related.
  • with 2+ years’ experience in derivatives Operations and/or trading platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with a proactive mindset to drive change.
