Our client is looking for a Fenergo Business Analyst to implement Target Operating Model (TOM) across 15 APAC branches under Pillar 2 (Process and Standards).

Key responsibilities

  • Engage stakeholders to implement Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Target Operating Model (TOM.)
  • Standardize processes based on the TOM.
  • Document configuration changes in FenX for compliance.
  • Verify Ui-UX requirements and designs.
  • Collect data for post-implementation benefit assessments.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Assist in creating User Operation Manuals and training materials.

Role requirements

Must-Have Skills:

  1. Experience facilitating TOM workshops.
  2. Ability to analyze processes for regulatory compliance.
  3. Skill in designing process changes.
  4. Liaise with IT and Fenergo on system updates.
  5. Strong collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
  6. Familiarity with CLM/KYC systems, preferably Fenergo.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Fenergo and FenX.
  • Experience with CLM and KYC projects.
