FICC Legal Counsel/Senior Legal Counsel

Key responsibilities

• Advise on legal issues and provide recommendations for FICC derivative products (i.e. Repos, credit, rates, CDS, securitization, etc) and ensure that is compliant to the firm and industry’s rules & regulations
• Provide legal advice to the sales & trading business regionally covering financial markets/ derivative/ structured products
• Work closely with Business, Compliance other control functions to ensure the relevant legal risks are managed accordingly
• Work with industry bodies (i.e. ASIFMA, ISDA, etc) on market/regulatory initiatives
