Lead monthly and quarterly variance analysis on financial performance, identify trends and key performance indicators
Manage consolidation and preparation of management reports for forecasting and budgeting.
Prepare, and review SGX announcement and board papers
Advise business teams on investment, asset management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with tax advisors for effective deal structuring and tax due diligence for acquisitions and divestments.
Ensure financial operations align with group financial and reporting guidelines in coordination with country teams.
Develop and maintain financial models, scenario analysis for business forecast and support strategic decisions
Review internal control processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
Identify and implement opportunities to streamline financial processes.
Work with external auditors to ensure efficient audit closing.
Handle additional duties as assigned.
Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or tertiary qualification in Finance.
Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, particularly with listed companies.
Proficiency in preparing and reviewing SGX announcements and board papers.
Experience in advising on acquisitions and divestments.
Knowledge of cross-border taxation, financial management, and risk management.
Strong business acumen, maturity, and strategic thinking capabilities.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
