Key responsibilities

  • Oversee monthly management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with MFRS & IFRS
  • Manage statutory reporting, audit coordination, tax, and regulatory compliance matters
  • Partner closely with business units on financial analysis, costing, and performance tracking
  • Strengthen internal controls, finance processes, and reporting efficiencies
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement

Role requirements

  • Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, ICAEW, MIA or equivalent
  • 8–12 years of finance and accounting experience within manufacturing or FMCG environments
  • Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and audit management
  • Exposure to PLC/public-listed environment and Bursa reporting is an added advantage
  • Good understanding of costing, operational finance, and financial controls
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
