They are looking to hire Fund Accountant into their team, focused on day-to-day fund accounting for India-related entities, specifically focusing on fund accounting, tax filings and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee fund accounting for India-based entities, including trading entities
  • Review management accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Prepare and review corporate tax returns, including GST and TDS filings
  • Manage regulatory filings and ensure compliance with local requirements
  • Handle payments and coordinate with internal teams and external providers
  • Maintain accurate records across multiple legal entities
  • Support financial statements, audits, and reporting requirements
  • Collaborate across Finance, Operations, and global teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Contribute to controls, reporting improvements, and operational efficiency

Role requirements

  • Experience handling Indian entities, including tax filings (GST, TDS, corporate tax) within an Investment Management firm
  • Degree educated in a STEM, Accounting, Finance, or Economics discipline
  • Strong understanding of fund structures and accounting principles
