Key responsibilities

  • Manage group consolidation processes across monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Prepare reporting for SGX filings, Board papers and relevant reports for the Company’s AGM
  • Review subsidiary financials and deliver consolidated management reports with meaningful variance analysis and performance insights
  • Support group-wide budgeting and forecasting activities, aligning financial plans with overall business strategy
  • Coordinate audit processes across entities, working closely with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth and timely completion
  • Prepare group financial statements and drive the adoption and implementation of accounting standards and reporting policies
  • Partner with regional finance teams to ensure consistency in reporting, provide technical accounting guidance, and support ongoing process improvements

Role requirements

  • Degree or professional qualification in Accounting or Finance (e.g. CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent)
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience, including a mix of audit and commercial finance exposure, with involvement in group reporting or consolidation and SGX regulatory reporting
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (e.g. IFRS or equivalent frameworks)
  • Familiarity with listed company reporting requirements and regulatory environments is preferred
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across multiple entities and deadlines
