Our client is a well-established Asian-headquartered organisation with a strong global footprint. As part of the continued development of its global HR organisation, the company is seeking an experienced Total Rewards leader to shape and drive the Group’s rewards and performance agenda.
This is a strategic and hands-on role with broad Group-level responsibility across compensation, performance management, incentive programmes, executive remuneration, job architecture and rewards governance. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and HR Business Partners across multiple markets, providing expert advice while ensuring consistency, competitiveness and strong governance across the organisation.
