Key responsibilities

  • Quality Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards across all locations.
  • KPI Development: Establish and set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for local QA teams, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
  • System Establishment: Develop an effective quality management system for the entire group, ensuring a standardized approach to quality assurance across all facilities.
  • Technical Issue Resolution: Lead teams in identifying, analyzing, and resolving major technical issues related to product quality and process efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to integrate quality assurance into all aspects of operations.
  • Training and Mentorship: Provide training and mentorship to QA teams to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Travel Requirements: Regularly travel to factories in mainland China, Cambodia, and Vietnam to conduct audits, assessments, and training sessions.

Role requirements

  • 15-20 years of experience in quality assurance, with significant exposure to operations in South East Asia.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in the Apparel/ Garment manufacturing industry.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven experience in setting up and managing KPI systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
