Our client is a renowned business with multiple business entities. As a part of their growing needs, they are looking to bring in an HR Business Partner to work closely with the Business heads and Group HR Head on various initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for key HR activities including and not limited to Business Partnering, Employee relations, talent acquisition and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Identify areas for improvements and propose plans and solutions with a vision to strengthen the HR support to the group.
  • Plan annual social and well-being initiatives and activities for the group.
  • Be proactive in building healthy employee relations and enhancing workplace experience.
  • Support other adhoc HR related matters and initiatives for the betterment of the business and workplace experience.

Role requirements

  • A relevant degree from a reputed University with at least 10 years working experience, 3 of which should be in a generalist or business partner capacity.
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial drive and a good understanding of the Hong Kong HR landscape and labour laws.
  • A proven track record in working with senior stakeholders in the business is essential, with capacity to multitask.
  • Must have a passion for building Employee relations, social events, and wellbeing programs.
  • Fluent Cantonese and English language skills essential.
