Key responsibilities

Support business at the strategic level, partnering closely with the business stakeholders on all people matters including but not limited to employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, rewards, manpower planning and employee engagement across the global subsidiaries.
Spearhead the Global Talent Acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
Drive employee engagement and performance by optimizing company structure and creating development opportunities.
Partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with company objectives and support business growth.

Role requirements

Degree-qualified with 12 to 15 years of HR experience, including strong Business Partnering experience in a global capacity with relevant industry experience.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin to liaise with stakeholders from various regions.
Ability to create and scale HR processes in a rapidly growing company.
