Key responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and record-keeping.
  • Maintain Employee records, prepare HR-related reports and presentations, and address employee queries in a timely manner.
  • Support the recruitment efforts by doing job postings, sourcing potential candidates, coordinating with recruitment agencies, scheduling interviews, and handling background verifications and contract preparation.
  • Coordinate mandatory training, select training vendors, customize content aligned with the organization’s values, and evaluate post-training effectiveness for continuous improvement.
  • Actively support HR initiatives and contribute to ongoing HR projects to enhance department efficiency.

Role requirements

  • A minimum of a Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, quick learner, and process driven.
  • Strong expertise in Excel and generating reports.
