Key responsibilities

Managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle such as tasks relating to employee data management, benefits administration, HRIS maintenance, VISA matters, employee onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Work closely with in-country HR teams to deploy key processes, procedures and policies in accordance with global standards while observing local laws and legislation.
Drive continuous process improvement and HR projects to achieve operational excellence

Role requirements

Degree qualified with solid understanding of HR processes and operations
Solid understanding of local labour laws and legislations
Experience in driving process improvement and change initiatives
Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task to manage multiple projects while maintaining close attention to detail.
Agility and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and startup HR environment
