Key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the HR team to deliver high-quality services across recruitment, talent development, and employee engagement worldwide.
  • Develop and implement global HR strategies that align with business objectives and regional needs.
  • Ensure compliance with international employment laws and regulations.
  • Oversee global employee relations, performance management, and career development programs.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational change and cultural initiatives across all regions.
  • Manage global HR metrics and reporting to guide strategic decision-making.

Role requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience.
  • At least 5+ years in leadership roles in Human Resource and DEI.
  • Experience with U.S companies/clients is a plus.
  • GCC/Service provider mix experience preferred.
  • Preferably with financial services – BFSI sector.
  • Flexibility Option: Hybrid, 3 days in-office with flexible work hours.
