The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, with a strong background in managing HR functions within Global Contact Centers. You will be responsible for driving HR strategies, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting our growth in this exciting new venture.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end HR processes, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and learning & development.
  • Provide guidance on global HR policies and practices, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
  • Act as a key advisor on organizational development and change management.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the GCC.
  • Support the integration of global HR initiatives, tailoring them to the local context.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple geographies.

Role requirements

 

  • 10+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, with a focus on Global Contact Centers.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment.
  • Strong understanding of global HR practices and the ability to adapt them to local needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in organizational development and change management is a plus.
