Key responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end workplace services, ensuring a best-in-class employee experience.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office amenities, including facilities, lobby reception, conference centre and food services.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the effective operation of amenities, including compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Managing vendor relationships to ensure that services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
  • Compliance across Corporate Real Estate and Location Strategy.
  • Oversee a team of facilities and security professionals, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Drive innovative solutions for space planning, catering and preventative maintenance.
  • Lead business continuity planning and emergency response initiatives locally and globally.

Role requirements

  • At least 15+ years of experience in Financial Services industry and an in-depth of experience in CRES, Facilities Management, Hospitality Procurement, Sourcing and Supply Chain Management background.
  • Project Management / Change Management Skills.
  • Should have some experienced in working with the global teams.
  • Strong domain knowledge.
