Key responsibilities

  • Providing operational support to all investment activities
  • Manage collateral margining, liquidity management and claims management
  • Shall oversee trade settlements, and provide solutions for any fails and issues
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders such as Trade compliance, Back-office operations, custodians and Traders to ensure smooth operational flow

Role requirements

  • At least 4- 6 years of relevant experience in a Hedge Fund, Investment firm or financial services company
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Economics or Finance
  • Good experience in processing and settlement of various financial instruments with a preference in Derivatives and Equity products
  • Experience in working with different stakeholders such as the traders, custodians and operations teams
  • Experience in the MS Office suite (macros/VBA and Python is highly desirable)
