We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT auditor worked in an MNC Financial Service preferably with an Investment Bank. This role is managing the Technology audit function from India – Gurgaon.

Key responsibilities

  • Audit Leadership: Lead technology audits and manage the delivery of Integrated Audits for Group Functions, including Compliance, Finance, HR, and Financial Crime Risk.
  • Risk Monitoring: Engage in continuous monitoring activities, maintaining an up-to-date view of key and emerging Technology risks within the portfolio.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain professional relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Team Mentorship: Mentor junior team members, fostering a high-performing and supportive work environment. Support portfolio teams across the global Internal Audit team.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all audits are delivered according to Internal Audit Methodology practices, maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Insight Communication: Identify and communicate Technology-related insights, driving positive change.

Role requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience, a strong background in Technology Audit, with a proven track record of leading and delivering audits, preferably within a Financial Institution.
  • Education: A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. Technology Audit certifications (e.g., CISA) are highly desirable.
  • Risk Focus: A risk-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders. You should be able to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical terms.
  • Coaching Skills: Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to align working hours with key stakeholders and travel as required.
