Key responsibilities

  • Assess current IT infrastructure, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to align with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee vendor performance for infrastructure projects, including solution evaluation, POC and POV, implementation, SLA, UAT, production launch, and ongoing maintenance support.
  • Perform IT infrastructure architect to design, implement, and maintain reliable and secure networks, servers, and storage systems to meet business requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including network diagrams and system configurations, SOP and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Ensure all infrastructure systems adhere to security policies through audits and assessments, implementing incident response plans and regular risk assessment.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Information Technology related disciplines.
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience with solid track record of successful delivery of IT Infrastructure in project & vendor management role
  • Solid experience on Microsoft AD and AAD, M365, Email Security, Network, Server & Storage
  • Solid experience on managing and provisioning large-scale infrastructure, including DR drill, performance monitoring, capacity planning, backup & restore and etc.
  • Familiarity with public and private cloud platforms, such as Azure, AWS, Alibaba cloud and etc.
  • Familiarity with EDR, PAM, DLP, SIEM is a plus
  • Prior working experience in sizable public organizations or quasi-government organizations is a plus
  • Excellent command of verbal & written English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
