We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our ERP solutions, organize events, manage SEO efforts, create engaging content for our website and LinkedIn, and oversee marketing agent management.

Key responsibilities

Strategy Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive channel marketing strategies that align with sales objectives and enhance partner engagement.
Campaign and Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and events to promote our ERP solutions and drive brand awareness.
SEO Strategy: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic to our website.
Content Creation: Write and manage content for our website, LinkedIn, and other marketing channels, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
Marketing Agent Management: Collaborate with and manage external marketing agents and agencies to enhance our outreach and promotional efforts.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape, informing marketing strategies.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Role requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the IT sector.
Proven experience in event organization and management.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
