Key responsibilities

Drafting, review and negotiation of various documentations/terms sheet for new fund offerings, including mutual funds, ETF, private equity, etc
Support various business lines on legal matters related to new product launch/business initiatives
Support in handling other legal documentations including distribution agreements, NDAs, ISDA/CSA, SPAs, and other general corporate commercial agreements, etc…
Work with external counsels when required
Work closely with other governance teams i.e. Risk, or Compliance to keep abreast of the latest regulatory developments

Role requirements

3-5 PQE from a common law jurisdiction from an international law firm / asset managers
Experience in knowledge in various fund products including mutual funds, private equity, etc
Attention to detail and ability to work both collaboratively and independently
Proficiency in written/spoken English and Mandarin is a must
