Key responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and continuously update the leadership development curriculum to support employee growth across different career stages.
  • Source and manage external training partners, administer leadership/behavioural assessments, and develop targeted development plans for senior leaders.
  • Develop and manage leadership training content for internal trainers and oversee orientation programmes for new hires.
  • Manage the logistics of training programs and regularly review to keep them relevant.

Role requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Learning & Development, especially in leadership or talent development.
  • Training certifications like ACLP or ACTA are a plus.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
