Our client, a renowned multinational pharmaceutical company, is actively seeking a Medical Marketing Manager to support its business growth in Hong Kong. Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for assigned product groups, managing brand identity and integrated campaigns to achieve sales, profit, and market share goals.
  • Develop marketing materials and provide training sessions to equip the sales team for business success.
  • Support sales target achievement, monitor performance, and ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Identify and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support clinical studies and enhance brand equity.
  • Evaluate new product potential, conduct market assessments, and prioritize launches based on data-driven insights.
  • Drive new product launch strategies, ensuring successful positioning, communication, and operational planning.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing strategic insights to marketing and sales teams.
  • Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events to boost brand visibility and engage potential customers.
  • Foster relationships with distributors and retailers, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Clinical Nutrition, Food & Nutrition, Pharmacy, or other science disciplines.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in nutrition, dietetics, or the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in ethical marketing and OTC/nutritional product promotions preferred.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
  • Good Proficiency in Cantonese and English (both in spoken & written)
  • Proficient in MS office applications, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
