Key responsibilities

Participated in design of mobile app
Conduct competitor analysis, customer analysis and user research
Attend to product structure and strategy
Develop use flows, prototypes, and wireframes
Conduct user testing
Continuously iterate on solution to make the app increasingly effective and delightful for users
Define the vision for the app and establish a roadmap that aligns with business objectives and user needs
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the app’s success and user engagement
Worked on performance issues finding of the App
Worked closely with developers, marketing, data engineer to develop the App
Fully involved in the user’s implementation experience from product conception to update the App

Role requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA is a pl
Proven experience as an UX Designer/ Product Manager, preferably in mobile application
Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing
Knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
