QA Manager

We’re hiring a QA/Test Manager with deep hands-on experience in ServiceNow’s Automated Test Framework (ATF). This is a consultancy role, working directly with clients — not an end-user environment. If you’re looking for an in-house role, this won’t be the right fit.

You’ll be leading testing strategies while also getting hands-on with ATF automation. The ability to manage stakeholders, drive delivery, and ensure quality across the platform is essential.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and lead test strategies, planning, and execution for ServiceNow initiatives
  • Develop and maintain automated test cases using ServiceNow ATF
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Act as the primary QA point of contact for client stakeholders
  • Manage defect tracking and ensure timely resolution

Role requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in QA/Test Management roles
  • Strong, practical experience with ServiceNow ATF
  • Comfortable in a client-facing, consultancy environment
  • ServiceNow certifications (especially ATF) are a strong advantage
  • Proactive, accountable, and able to operate independently
