Our client is a leading player in its field and is currently seeking a Regional C&B Specialist to join their dynamic HR team. Reporting to the Head of HR, this role will support the company’s regional compensation and benefits agenda while partnering closely with business leaders to support organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute regional rewards strategies that support business priorities and enhance employee value proposition.
  • Drive the design, review, and continuous improvement of compensation, benefits, and incentive frameworks using market insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Lead key annual reward initiatives, including salary reviews, bonus planning, benchmarking, and governance of reward programs across the region.
  • Champion organization design and workforce planning initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and ensure the right talent structure for future growth.
  • Establish and maintain reward policies, governance frameworks, and employee benefits programs that balance commercial objectives, compliance, and employee experience.

Role requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with strong depth in compensation and benefits
  • Exposure to regional or global HR environments is preferred
  • Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to operate independently in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
  • Demonstrates integrity, accountability, collaboration and a results-driven mindset
