Key responsibilities

  • Execute marketing and business development strategies to achieve and exceed sales target for the respective region, to maintain and grow the existing key accounts and business partners, consistently driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Manage and support distributors to create new accounts and new market expansion
  • Drive expansion of new parameters / new projects for the customers
  • Convert market and business intelligence to help develop sales and marketing strategies of existing and upcoming new products
  • Establish and maintain excellent professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including key decision-makers, KOLs, distributors, etc
  • Conduct product presentations, trainings, and technical supports
  • Product registration and logistics support for the distributors and direct customers.
  • Attend relevant conferences, trade shows, and events to enhance product visibility and network with potential clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Identify potential business opportunities to achieve the continuous growth
  • Regular business travel required

Role requirements

  • BSc/ MSc in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biostatistics, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or any life science related disciplines
  • 5~8 years of relevant sales experience with proven track record within life science industry
  • Regional key account and distributor management experience in SEA, especially Thailand
  • Good KOL network would be an advantage
  • Good Proficiency in English and Mandarin (both in spoken & written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and persuade potential clients
  • Objective-oriented, result-driven, self-motivated, passionate, independent and also good team player
  • Proficient in MS office applications, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
