Key responsibilities

  • Drive the recruitment process for identifying the right talent and provide comprehensive onboarding support to new hires through orientation programs
  • Oversee the annual performance management process, support HRBPs with succession planning, implement talent retention strategies, leverage the global management excellence program, and foster a strong feedback culture.
  • Identify training needs and utilize global L&D programs, to develop a regional training plan, working closely with HRBPs to address development needs.
  • Manage vendor relationships and program budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with financial objectives.
  • Develop regional initiatives to enhance management capabilities and increase employee engagement, promote awareness of relevant HR practices, and facilitate discussions.

Role requirements

  • Degree qualified with a HR-related degree with 10 years’ experience in Talent Management or Learning and Development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong analytical skills and a flexible and agile work style
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task to manage multiple projects while maintaining a close attention to detail
  • Any prior coaching or training experience will be a plus.
