Key responsibilities

  • Lead and coach the sales team to achieve and exceed targets, driving market expansion and business growth.
  • Develop and implement sales, marketing, and business strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients assigned territories to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular client visits to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to clients as needed.
  • Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers, physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators.
  • Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events to boost brand visibility and connect with potential customers.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, offering strategic insights to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to accelerate growth.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related life sciences discipline.
  • 15+ years of commercial experience in Hong Kong, with a strong understanding of local healthcare dynamics and market trends.
  • Proven expertise in sales team leadership, coaching, and strategic development.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about driving business success.
  • Quick learner, results-driven, self-motivated, and passionate about sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, capable of overcoming objections and persuading potential clients.
  • Good Proficiency in Cantonese and English (both in spoken & written)
  • Proficient in MS office applications, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
