Key responsibilities

  • Define and execute a clear regional sales strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Develop and manage a detailed client roadmap to ensure sustainable revenue growth and meet regional sales budgets.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the consumer sectors.
  • Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships at the C-suite and senior executive levels.
  • Engage deeply with client leadership to understand business goals and tailor solutions that deliver measurable commercial impact.
  • Serve as the key account lead, ensuring continuity, trust, and value creation across all engagements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with insights, sourcing, and operations teams to drive shopper engagement, retention, and growth.
  • Translate complex client objectives into actionable, consumer-centric solutions.
  • Act as a commercial leader and cultural ambassador for the region, championing a growth mindset and collaborative excellence
  • Inspire and align cross-functional teams to support strategic priorities and foster accountability.
  • Uphold the company’s reputation as the most trusted tactical partner in the industry.

Role requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in consumer-focused sales, business development, or partnership management, within the APAC region.
  • Proven track record of selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions to C-suite level.
  • Strong background in marketing, retail engagement programs, or shopper marketing is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional ability to identify, develop, and close high-value commercial opportunities.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Relationship-driven with credibility at senior leadership levels.
  • Creative problem-solver with sound commercial judgment.
