You will drive passenger sales and revenue growth by developing strategic sales initiatives and building relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other partners. Key responsibilities

  • Create and implement innovative sales strategies to increase airline passenger sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights, using this information to inform sales strategies.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with various organizations, including TMCs, corporations, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and other businesses involved in the distribution and resale of airline tickets, to boost passenger sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners
  • Negotiate and manage sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.

Role requirements

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
  • Understanding of the airline industry, including regulations, market dynamics, and customer needs.
