Key responsibilities

  • Promote products and services to existing and potential clients—including hospitals, clinics, and private healthcare providers—within assigned territories to generate new business opportunities.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to the team, guiding them to achieve and exceed sales targets while expanding market share.
  • Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and address their needs effectively.
  • Develop and implement marketing and business strategies to meet sales targets, maximize market share, and achieve marketing goals.
  • Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients as required.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including key decision-makers, physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators.
  • Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and events to enhance brand visibility and connect with potential clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support continuous growth.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related life sciences disciplines.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Hong Kong, with a strong understanding of local healthcare dynamics.
  • Experience in team coaching and leadership is an advantage.
  • Quick learner, results-driven, self-motivated, and passionate about sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, capable of overcoming objections and persuading potential clients.
  • Good Proficiency in Cantonese and English (both in spoken & written)
  • Proficient in MS office applications, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
