Key responsibilities

  • Provide clinical support, including pre- and post-operative guidance, and develop contingency plans to address unforeseen events in support of assigned clinical investigations
  • Conduct clinical education sessions, programs, and activities both internally and externally to deliver training and education support for specific modalities or product portfolios to clinical end-users
  • Provide regular internal product and disease training to enhance the commercial team’s knowledge and capabilities
  • Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and hospital staff on all aspects of technical matters related to investigational products and procedures including cardiology imaging
  • Identify essential components for a strategic plan of action and propose recommendations to commercial teams within respective territory
  • Document procedural case observations for regular educational and training updates
  • Frequent travel is required.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Nursing, Medical, Biomedical, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, or relevant science disciplines
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in EP/ IC/ Structural Heart/ Medical Imaging areas
  • Clinical qualifications (e.g., Registered Nurse, Radiographer, Sonographer) are advantageous
  • Good Proficient in Imaging Analysis Software is preferred
  • Good Proficiency in Cantonese/ Mandarin and English (both in spoken & written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal communication skills and analytical skills
  • Energetic, passionate, dynamic, independent and able to work under intense pressure
  • Objective-oriented, result-driven and have a positive working attitude
  • Proficient in MS office applications, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Open to candidates from Hong Kong and Taiwan
