Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement structured training programs for Retail Associates (RAs), focusing on skill development, performance improvement, career growth, and onboarding.
  • Establish and uphold high-performance, grooming, and behavioral standards to ensure brand consistency and retail excellence.
  • Design and deliver training materials that empower RAs to achieve sales targets and enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, E-Commerce, and Retail, to align training initiatives with business goals and address productivity gaps.
  • Develop educational content for live-streaming initiatives in collaboration with the E-Commerce and Marketing teams.
  • Conduct on-the-job (OTJ) training at key stores and counters to refine selling techniques, address challenges, and assess RA performance.
  • Organize RA meetings, conferences, and engagement programs to foster motivation and brand advocacy.
  • Implement and manage a mystery shopper program to assess and improve service levels.
  • Partner with the Retail team to assess and develop a strong talent pipeline for business growth.
  • Maintain training materials, tools, and schedules while ensuring effective communication of training events.
  • Spend 50% or more of the time in-store, engaging with RAs, coaching, and evaluating performance, particularly in the first year.
  • Work closely with the Retail team to review store and individual RA productivity metrics (e.g., sales performance, IPT, APT) and implement improvement strategies.

Role requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in training and retail operations, with expertise in salesforce development and coaching.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to conduct large-scale training events, workshops, and live-streaming sessions.
  • Proven leadership, creativity, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A results-driven and proactive mindset, excelling in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
