As the Senior Finance Manager, you report to the Group Head of Finance, lead a mid-size team to ensure the accuracy of the financial numbers and play a critical role in partnering with senior operational and financial leadership across the business in the Region.

Key responsibilities
Financial Reporting
- Lead financial consolidation reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities across newly formed entities.
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly, and ad hoc financial reports.
- Manage treasury functions including overseeing cash flow forecasting and management across the business.
- Liaison with auditors, tax agents and bankers
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax legislation, and company financial policies.
- Oversee coordination with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
- Establish and maintain robust financial controls and governance structures.
Business Planning & Strategy
- Support the business through the annual strategy and business planning process.
- Conduct financial analysis and business unit reviews to evaluate performance and investment opportunities.
- Provide financial modeling and scenario planning to support strategic initiatives.
Systems Change Management
- Lead systems change initiatives in finance applications and platforms.
- Ensure alignment between finance system capabilities and evolving business requirements.
Role requirements
- At least 10 years of post-qualification experience (CA/CPA).
- Strong track record in financial management within dynamic and growing organizations ideally with the EPC or real estate sector.
- Strong project revenue and cost management expertise.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage change in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in multi-entity or multinational companies is preferred.
- Familiarity with financial systems and ERP implementations or upgrades.
- Advanced analytical and numerical capabilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to undertake occasional regional travel.
