Key responsibilities

  • Fund Operations & Trade Support: Manage end-to-end fund transactions, trade processing, settlements, and reconciliations across multiple funds and platforms.
  • Investor Onboarding: Support onboarding of insurers and platforms, including KYC/AML, account setup, and coordination with fund administrators and custodians.
  • Cash, Positions & NAV Oversight: Oversee cash and position checks, shadow NAV reviews, fee accuracy, and resolve breaks or valuation issues.
  • Reporting & Platform Readiness: Ensure accurate investor and regulatory reporting while improving operational processes to support platform and business growth.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business administration.
  • Minimum of 4 years in fund operations, including fund administration, trade cycles, reconciliations, and NAV processes at an asset manager or sell-side fund administrator.
  • Experience in funds with a preference in ETFs, derivatives, or mutual funds.
  • Proficient in order management, fund accounting, custody systems, and automation tools (Python, VBA, SQL).
