Senior IT Application Project Manager

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define technical solutions, and evaluate feasibility to support organizational goals.
• Manage vendors and internal teams to ensure successful execution of application projects—from development and testing (QA/UAT) to deployment and post-launch support.
• Troubleshoot system issues, resolve errors, and optimize application performance to minimize downtime and enhance user experience.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user guides, technical specs, and SOPs. Train end-users on system functionality and best practices.
• Uphold industry security standards by implementing protective measures, conducting audits, and assessing risks to maintain system integrity.
• Mentor and guide a team of IT professionals, fostering growth and ensuring efficient application management.
