Senior Manager, Sustainability

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate sustainability efforts across regional markets, including data consolidation, reporting, and achieving sustainability goals.
• Develop and manage sustainability-related content for the company’s Sustainability Report, Annual Report, and corporate communications.
• Engage with local vendors, assess building asset performance, and recommend sustainable building solutions with a focus on CAPEX vs. ROI.
• Manage and guide green certification processes (e.g., Green Mark, CASBEE, NABERS) and international standards like GRI, GRESB, and CRREM.
• Audit building performance, propose certification strategies, and implement innovative sustainability initiatives aligned with company goals.
