Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned with organisational objectives, including annual salary reviews, increments, bonuses and incentive programmes.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness, cost-effectiveness and internal equity.
  • Provide guidance on job evaluations, pay structures and differentiated reward strategies for key employee groups.
  • Review and enhance benefits programmes to support employee attraction, retention and wellbeing.
  • Manage compensation-related projects and ad-hoc payments, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and Finance on remuneration matters and support the Head of HR on key HR initiatives.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
  • 10-12 years of relevant experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits or a related HR function.
  • Strong experience managing compensation cycles, salary reviews, bonuses and benefits.
  • Prior experience in market benchmarking and job evaluation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good commercial acumen.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools would be advantageous.
