Key responsibilities

  • As a Senior Platform Automation Engineer, you’ll be tasked with:
  • Enhancing and automating client’s self-service platform to boost operational efficiency.
  • Crafting and overseeing automation pipelines, with complete responsibility for build and execution.
  • Building new features using NodeJS in an Azure setting, backed by comprehensive automated testing.
  • Addressing network or performance challenges across systems and integrations.
  • Assisting customers with integration hurdles and improving documentation for enhanced user satisfaction.
  • Key role in developing and automating our self-service platform using NodeJS in Azure.

Role requirements

  • Expertise in automating manual tasks through BPMN workflows.
  • Proficiency in writing integration and unit tests for automation processes.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 11+ years of experience.
  • Expertise in network and DNS.
  • Knowledge of Azure cloud and technologies like Docker.
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages, especially JavaScript.
  • Strong drive for automation.
  • Understanding of security for modern applications, including authentication protocols like OAuth2.0.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and improve documentation for better information flow.
  • Commitment to quality, attention to detail, solution-oriented mindset, hands-on attitude, willingness to learn, collaborative spirit, and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
