Our client a global fast fashion retailer in over 150 countries; is looking for a Senior PR Manager/Associate Director is at the heart of shaping and safeguarding the organization’s public image, with a deep commitment to environmental consciousness. You will oversee media relations, influencer partnerships, and storytelling efforts to position the brand as a leader in the fashion industry. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership to drive impactful PR campaigns.

Key responsibilities

  • Create and oversee the development of press releases, articles, speeches, blogs, and social media posts that reflect the organization’s values and reputation goals.
  • Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform PR strategies, content creation and new storylines.
  • Design and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance and protect the organization’s public image, ensuring alignment with its social values.
  • Organize and manage events, such as campaign launches, press briefings, and community clean-ups.
  • Serve as the primary spokesperson during any reputational challenges, ensuring open, transparent, and consistent communication
  • Build lasting relationships with stake holding groups, influencers, and media outlets passionate about fashion

Role requirements

  • At least 7 – 9 years of experience in PR or reputation management, ideally with exposure to CSR-related projects.
  • Proven ability to handle high-stakes communication with clarity and diplomacy.
  • Exceptional writing skills to convey authentic, inspiring messages that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Experience with media relations in the sustainability space, including building relationships with niche environmental journalists.
