This role is responsible for Logistics, Procurement, Warehousing, Materials Management, and Supplier Quality & Development. Key responsibilities
Strategic Direction & Leadership
- Design and execute a global supply chain strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire teams across logistics, procurement, warehousing, and supplier quality to foster operational excellence.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive innovation and business growth through supply chain improvements.
Operational Excellence
- Manage end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, supplier partnerships, inventory management, and logistics.
- Develop and implement best practices to enhance sourcing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Optimize supply chain processes to improve performance, reduce waste, and ensure timely delivery.
Financial & Performance Management
- Oversee budgeting and financial planning for supply chain functions to drive cost savings and efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Lead initiatives to enhance inventory management, working capital utilization, and supplier cost structures.
Risk & Compliance
- Identify potential supply chain risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with global industry regulations, certifications, and standards.
- Develop robust supplier performance monitoring and risk management programs.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including Sales, Engineering, Production, and Quality.
- Serve as the key liaison for suppliers and customers regarding supply chain matters.
- Effectively communicate strategies and performance insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Role requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or an advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity within manufacturing or EMS industries with a focus on Front-End Semiconductor capabilities
- Proven experience in managing global supply chain functions and driving strategic improvements.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Deep expertise in supply chain technologies, procurement strategies, and operational best practices.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
