Key responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across designated business units, working closely with hiring managers to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies from sourcing through offer negotiation
  • Drive data-informed decisions and act as a strategic talent partner to business leaders by developing key recruiting metrics, reports, and dashboards to measure effectiveness
  • Develop and sustain talent pipelines for critical and niche skill sets through proactive market mapping, networking, and relationship-building beyond active candidate pools
  • Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to support an integrated talent strategy aligned with business objectives, workforce planning, and future capability requirements
  • Champion innovative and forward-thinking recruitment practices by utilizing AI-enabled tools, recruitment technologies, and creative sourcing methodologies to improve efficiency, quality of hire, and overall hiring outcomes

Role requirements

  • Strong Talent Acquisition expertise with at least 10 years of relevant experience gained within a similar environment
  • Proven experience driving process improvements and effectively utilizing recruitment technologies and AI-enabled solutions
  • Operational rigor and data fluency, with the ability to use data & analytics to forecast, manage performance, and influence the stakeholder ecosystem
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with a proactive, adaptable, and energetic approach, alongside the ability to perform effectively within a fast-paced environment
