We are looking for a seasoned & dynamic Store Director for a premium lifestyle brand to lead their retail store in Macau.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations, the frontline, and CS team
  • Handle inventory management and loss prevention
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to plan and execute business strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with overall business goals
  • Maintain relationships with business partners and VIP customers, including suppliers, vendors and landlords
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends to stay competitive and continuously improve the store’s performance.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, with Minimum of 3 years of supervisory role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and data analytic tools is preferred
  • Excellent communication, analytical skills and interpersonal skills
  • Good Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively motivate and manage a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Energetic, passionate, dynamic, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Proficient in MS office applications, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
