Sustainability Lead (Private Funds)

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary sustainability expert for private equity real assets, managing ESG initiatives and ensuring effective integration into investment strategies.
• Design and implement tailored sustainability strategies and decarbonization pathways for private fund asset portfolios, aligning with overarching sustainability objectives.
• Support fundraising efforts by emphasizing the organization’s ESG strengths, responding to investor queries, and completing due diligence tasks, including participation in surveys like GRESB and UNPRI.
• Conduct environmental data analysis at the portfolio level, assess the social and environmental impacts of investments, and guide alignment with sustainability goals.
• Act as a senior ESG ambassador at industry events, panels, and workshops, positioning the organization as a thought leader in sustainability.
