Key responsibilities

  • Lead the Total Rewards agenda covering compensation, benefits, incentives, and executive rewards across India.
  • Design, review, and implement compensation structures, salary frameworks, annual pay cycles, and incentive programs aligned with market benchmarks and internal equity.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership, HRBPs, and Finance to support workforce planning, reward strategy, and cost optimization.
  • Manage governance of benefits programs, vendor partnerships, renewals, and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive analytics, reporting, and insights related to rewards, including pay equity, market competitiveness, and rewards effectiveness.
  • Support global rewards initiatives and localization of programs in line with India market practices.

Role requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience with deep expertise in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, and rewards governance.
  • Strong understanding of Indian compensation practices, statutory benefits, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience managing annual compensation cycles, job architecture, market pricing, and executive compensation.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders translates business needs into reward solutions, and operates effectively in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a strategic and detail-oriented mindset.
