Our client is a financial services firm focused on FX trading, cross-border payments, and liquidity solutions for businesses and institutional clients. They are seeking a Trade Support Analyst (FX) for their growing team to support the end-to-end processing and settlement of foreign exchange trades, including trade capture, reconciliation, confirmations, exception management, and liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary support contact for Sales and Execution desks, handling day-to-day trade-related queries and operational requirements.
  • Oversee and validate FX trade bookings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate confirmations, settlements, reconciliations, and trade breaks, working with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Support global follow-the-sun coverage, while assisting with new client relationship development and onboarding.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline,
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in FX trade support, middle office, or operations within financial services, with exposure to spot, forwards, swaps, and options.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven focus on client service and relationship management.
  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to investigate and resolve complex trade and operational issues efficiently.
