Key responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and maintain an optimal capital and debt structure while managing funding and compliance with tax and accounting regulations.
  • Analyze cash flow forecasts, evaluate financing needs, and propose suitable funding solutions to align with growth objectives and long-term strategies.
  • Lead risk management efforts, ensuring adherence to hedge accounting standards, debt covenants, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate across departments to support internal financing, mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee treasury budgets, monitor interest income and expenses, and perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and review critical financial reports, including cash flow summaries, compliance certificates, and audit documents, while driving efficiency in processes.

Role requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with 15–20 years of experience in Treasury roles, including exposure to international markets.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects, coordinating multiple initiatives, and delivering results under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen focus on detail and strategic thinking.
  • Experience in multicultural and cross-border environments, demonstrating effective collaboration and adaptability.
