We are looking for an experienced leader to oversee and manage pipeline and middle office operations across various regions. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic perspective, foster collaboration across teams, and implement solutions to enhance operational performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and guide middle office and pipeline operations teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Establish and improve operational processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Promote collaboration and trust within geographically dispersed teams, serving as a point of escalation for complex issues.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal departments such as Finance, Investment Accounting, and Loan Servicing.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement necessary changes.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, ensuring robust reporting and insights.

Role requirements

  • Education: Master’s degree in finance or a related discipline from a reputed institution.
  • Experience: At least 15 years of relevant experience, ideally within alternative asset management or fixed income.
  • In-depth knowledge of private credit loans and related processes, including credit and syndication documentation.
  • Proficiency in tools and platforms such as Hazeltree, IVP, ClearPar, WSO, Allvue OMS, or Advent Geneva is an advantage.
  • Skills and Attributes:
  • Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring diverse teams across global locations.
  • Strong analytical abilities to anticipate challenges and develop strategic solutions.
  • Effective project management expertise, with a track record of managing cross-functional initiatives.
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Visio; familiarity with Microsoft Teams is a bonus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
